These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Pharris AutoSpa, LLC website, our online booking system, mobile communications, and any services we provide. By using our website, booking services, or purchasing services from Pharris AutoSpa, LLC (“Pharris AutoSpa,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

SECTION 2 — Services

Pharris AutoSpa provides professional detailing and appearance restoration services for automobiles, motorcycles, recreational vehicles, marine vessels, aircraft, and other approved vehicles.

Services may include, but are not limited to:

Exterior detailing
Interior detailing
Paint enhancement
Paint correction
Ceramic coatings
Odor removal
Stain removal
Engine bay detailing
Headlight restoration
Maintenance detailing
Dealership reconditioning
Specialty detailing services

Services are performed based on the vehicle’s condition and the package selected.

SECTION 3 — Estimates

Published service prices are starting prices unless marked fixed. All estimates are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time.

Final pricing may change if additional contamination, damage, excessive pet hair, mold, biohazards, excessive staining, or other unforeseen conditions are discovered.

We obtain customer approval before additional work changes the agreed scope or increases the approved total. We do not perform unapproved work.

SECTION 4 — Deposits

Certain appointments require a 15% deposit.

Deposits are applied toward the final invoice.

Deposits are non-refundable if an appointment is cancelled, rescheduled, or the customer fails to appear within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.

If Pharris AutoSpa cancels an appointment, the deposit will be refunded or applied to a rescheduled appointment at the customer’s choice.

SECTION 5 — Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments are reserved specifically for each customer.

Customers may reschedule or cancel without penalty if notice is provided more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Late cancellations, rescheduling requests within 48 hours, and no-shows may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

SECTION 6 — Vehicle Condition

Customers are responsible for informing us before service if the vehicle has:

Mechanical problems
Electrical problems
Fluid leaks
Broken switches
Broken windows
Inoperative locks
Alarm issues
Loose trim
Previous paint repairs
Vinyl wraps
Paint protection film
Ceramic coatings
Sensitive aftermarket accessories
Existing damage

Pharris AutoSpa is not responsible for pre-existing damage.

SECTION 7 — Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to remove:

Firearms
Ammunition
Cash
Jewelry
Prescription medications
Illegal substances
Valuable personal property

While reasonable care is exercised, Pharris AutoSpa is not responsible for lost or misplaced personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

SECTION 8 — Results Disclaimer

Vehicle detailing significantly improves appearance but cannot restore every surface to like-new condition.

Some stains, odors, scratches, chips, etching, oxidation, fading, and wear may be permanent.

No guarantee is made that every imperfection can be removed.

SECTION 9 — Paint Correction and Ceramic Coatings

Paint correction improves paint appearance but cannot eliminate every defect.

Ceramic coatings require proper maintenance to achieve their expected longevity.

Improper washing methods, environmental contamination, neglect, or accidents may reduce coating performance.

Manufacturer warranties remain subject to their own terms.

SECTION 10 — Mold, Biohazards, and Hazardous Materials

Vehicles containing mold, bodily fluids, needles, animal waste, chemical spills, or other hazardous materials may require additional charges or refusal of service.

Customers agree to disclose known hazardous conditions before the appointment.

SECTION 11 — Vehicle Storage

Customers will be notified when their vehicle is ready by telephone, voicemail, email, or SMS.

Vehicles not picked up within 24 hours after notification may incur a secure storage fee of $50.00 per calendar day, unless other arrangements have been approved in writing.

SECTION 12 — Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other written arrangements have been made.

Accepted payment methods may include:

Credit cards
Debit cards
ACH
Cash
Other approved payment methods

Returned payments and chargebacks may result in additional fees.

SECTION 13 — Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact Pharris AutoSpa before initiating any payment dispute.

Fraudulent or unwarranted chargebacks may be contested using signed estimates, invoices, photographs, work records, booking records, SMS records, and other documentation.

SECTION 14 — Gift Cards

Gift cards:

Are non-refundable except where required by law.
Have no cash value except where required by law.
May not be redeemed for cash.
May not be replaced if lost or stolen unless required by law.

SECTION 15 — Promotional Offers

Coupons, promotions, discounts, referral rewards, and special offers:

Have no cash value.
May not be combined unless specifically stated.
May expire without notice.
May be modified or discontinued at any time.

SECTION 16 — Website Use

You agree not to:

Attempt unauthorized access
Introduce malicious software
Interfere with website operation
Copy website content without permission
Use the website for unlawful purposes

SECTION 17 — Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, graphics, branding, photographs, and written material are the property of Pharris AutoSpa, LLC unless otherwise noted.

No content may be copied or reused without written permission.

SECTION 18 — Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 19 — SMS Terms

Customers who voluntarily opt in through our secure OrbisX-powered online booking portal may receive SMS messages from Pharris AutoSpa, LLC.

Message types may include:

Appointment confirmations
Appointment reminders
Technician arrival notifications
Estimate notifications
Service updates
Invoice notifications
Payment reminders
Customer support
Promotional offers (only for customers who separately opt in)

Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe.

SECTION 20 — Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pharris AutoSpa, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

SECTION 21 — Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pharris AutoSpa, LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of our services, breach of these Terms, or unlawful conduct.

SECTION 22 — Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal court located in Tennessee.

SECTION 23 — Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated Effective Date.

Continued use of our website or services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
